The self-priming Elpumps JPV 1500 B jet pump has an impressive pump capacity of 6300 litres/hour. It is designed specifically for the transport of clean or slightly polluted water. Use it, for example, in irrigation (can handle up to 4 sprinklers), general water pumping, or as a backup pump during floods.
The pump is constructed of special durable plastic, so even when not in use it will not corrode. The pump housing itself is made of cast iron, and apart from mechanical seals, there are no parts in the pump that cause abrasion. The pump shaft is sealed with an axial casing with a ceramic insert. In addition, the motor is protected by a thermal fuse.
The popularity of this pump is also due to its very quiet running and the transport height of 9 metres. The wide pedestal is very stable and the sturdy handle means you can carry it around easily. Total pump weight is 15kg. Another benefit of this model is the brass wheel that naturally resists corrosion.
