KANSAI HELIOS Bori wood stain is designed for the protective and decorative coating of interior and exterior wooden surfaces. Its solvent-based formula provides the wood with reliable protection against UV radiation and water, as well as adverse weather conditions. The thin-layer application preserves the natural grain of the wood, giving the surface a matte finish in a chestnut shade. You can apply the wood stain with a brush, roller, or spray gun.

Application and coverage

To achieve the best results, apply the wood stain to a clean, dry surface. One litre covers approximately 12m² in a single coat, but the final consumption depends on the absorbency and type of wood. The manufacturer recommends applying two coats for sufficient protection and colour richness. The drying time before applying the next coat is around 8 hours, depending on the ambient temperature and humidity.
