Zakoupil jsem nádrž na dešťovou vodu 500 l. K nádrži, výztuhám jsem obdržel 3 kusy ventilů: přepadový, ten bílý s kohoutkem a kohoutek na výpusť - ten ale je nekompletní. Jak část zalisovaná do nádrže, tak , ventil mají šroubování uvnitř průsvitu, takže nejdou spojit. Zjevně tam chybí nějaký spojovací článek. Můžete mi to vysvětlit, nebo nějak poradit?
