MONOLITH Avantgarde Classic Grill
The MONOLITH Avantgarde Classic grill is made of solid ceramic and has a 44 cm diameter grill grate. It is a universal grill that can handle four cooking methods, namely direct and indirect grilling, smoking and baking. The indirect grilling method is suitable for grilling at low temperatures to cook large pieces of meat or chicken. Grilling takes place on two levels - on a classic grill for standard grilling and on a raised grill for roasting and indirect grilling. The MONOLITH grill is equipped with a ceramic plate that serves as a heat shield for indirect grilling. This plate is placed above the fuel basket and the firebox. Charcoal is used as fuel.

The Avantgarde Classic grill has a door for adding smoking chips and a fuel basket that has a partition for easier handling of charcoal. Thanks to the Looftlighter electric charcoal burner, the charcoal will heat up in minutes. The ceramic hearth and ceramic jacket ensure that the grill gathers heat well and stays hot for a long time. It is possible to grill for 20 to 24 hours on one batch of charcoal.
Hinged lid with thermometer
The Avantgarde Classic grill has a hinged lid with integrated LED lighting and a built-in thermometer to keep you aware of the temperature inside the grill. You can conveniently regulate the temperature using the special control vent. Safe handling is ensured by the bamboo handle. There is an integrated adapter on the side of the grill for connecting the BBQ Guru.
