NanoConcept Nano wood impregnation 1000 ml
NanoConcept wood nano-impregnation is an eco-friendly water-based product with no toxic substances, featuring hi-tech nanotechnology with a very long lifespan and resistance to UV radiation. The product, specially developed for wood, is mainly used where you need to provide highly effective protection against the erosive effects of weather, dirt build-up, and coatings of moss, fungi and mould. The nano-impregnation is completely clear, odourless, and has no effect on the colour or appearance of the treated wood. It allows for the natural ageing and greying of the wood without damage from water, mould, moss, fungi, grease, and dirt. It is extremely water and dirt-repellent thanks to its strong hydrophobic and oleophobic effect. It utilises the lotus effect, which ensures a much more effective repellent action and also self-cleaning properties. It does not contain silicone and does not form a film, allowing the wood to breathe naturally.

Wood Nano-Impregnation – Ecological Protection with a Self-Cleaning Effect
Wood impregnated with the NanoConcept product acquires strong hydrophobic properties. This protects it from getting dirty and improves its insulation properties. At the same time, it protects it from erosive ageing and weathering. It also excellently repels oils, and resists salts, acid rain, acids in general, and other chemicals up to pH 13. The protective nano-layer is colourless and invisible to the human eye. In other words, unlike other wood coatings and paints, you cannot visually tell the difference between the impregnated and untreated part of the wood. When using nano-impregnation outdoors, the self-cleaning effect is provided by nature itself – through rain. Indoors, cleaning impregnated wood has never been easier – just a cloth and water will do. Nano-impregnation for wood ensures effective protection against rain, snow, and other weather effects. In addition to its high repellency, wood nano-impregnation has a very long lifespan of 5–15 years, depending on the load.
Where is Wood Nano-Impregnation Best Used?
You can use wood nano-impregnation wherever you want the natural look of the wood to stand out. It's an excellent choice for wood with its original appearance that has not been treated in any way. The product can also be used without issue on treated wood to enhance the already applied protection. However, the wood must retain at least partial absorbency to be able to absorb the impregnation. Nano-impregnation can also work well with wood stains, as long as it is always applied as the final layer. It is not suitable for lacquered wood, which is non-absorbent and has sealed pores. It is suitable for any type of wood – hardwood, softwood, teak and others, as protection for fresh wood and preservation of already greyed wood, for garden furniture, log cabins and cottages, garden houses and gazebos, fences, wooden structures, shingle roofs, palisades, and wooden decking. The impregnation is also great protection for WPC (wood-plastic composite) floors and fences, statues, lookout towers, and children's playgrounds.
Use:
The product can be applied using a sprayer, brush, roller or by dipping. The wood surface must be free of dirt and grease. If you are not sure whether the wood can absorb the nano-impregnation, perform a simple test with water – pour water on the wood and if the wood gets wet, it is capable of absorbing the impregnation. The minimum application temperature is 10 degrees Celsius. The impregnation can also be applied in direct sunlight. Nano-impregnation must always be the last layer when treating wood.
