Remmers Insulating Primer PLUS 0.75L

Remmers Insulating Primer PLUS is a universal paint for interior and exterior use. It serves as a primer and intermediate coat for a wide range of substrates, including metals, hard plastics, and wood. On metal surfaces, it provides protection against corrosion, and on wood, it prevents the bleed-through of tannins that could discolour the final coat. Thanks to its water-based formula, the paint has a mild odour and is weather-resistant.

Universal adhesion to various surfaces

Remmers primer adheres to many types of substrates. You can use it on metal materials such as galvanised steel, aluminium, copper, or brass. It is also suitable for hard plastics like PVC, PUR, polyester, acrylic, or melamine resins (HPL/CPL). The paint also adheres to well-preserved old coatings based on alkyd and acrylate resins. For wooden structures, it is suitable for dimensionally stable and semi-stable elements, including windows, doors, shutters, cladding, garden sheds, or fences.
