With the BSM600 "Smoking Gun" from Breville's Sage line of products, you do not have to wait for the summer barbecue season to prepare unique dishes at home. This culinary pistol is designed to emit cold smoke around food - choose from two speeds (low and high) and use the gun before or after cooking. Just fill the gun with wooden chips, insert the smoke flue into a covered bowl or pan, and enjoy a unique, smoky taste. The gun includes 2 AA batteries, and 2 types of wooden chips (hickory and apple), which allow up to 24 cycles.
