The TESA COMFORT insect screen package includes a handy cutting tool and a pressing tool to secure the mesh firmly onto the tape.
Comparison of anthracite and white TESA COMFORT insect screens
- The white TESA COMFORT screen offers lower transparency, making it ideal for windows where you want to block the view of passers-by. The white mesh reduces visibility and remains highly visible on the window frame.
- The anthracite TESA COMFORT screen offers higher transparency, ensuring excellent visibility in both directions. It is virtually invisible on the window and does not block natural light. The anthracite mesh is UV-resistant, so it retains its original colour and does not fade to grey even after years of use.
Adhesive of the white TESA COMFORT insect screen hook-and-loop tape
The hook-and-loop tape of the TESA COMFORT insect screen features tiny hooks that hold the mesh firmly in place. The tape itself uses an adhesive that allows easy removal from the window frame without leaving any sticky residue. If the tape does not get in your way, you can leave it on the window frame over the winter without removing it.
