Dobrý den, po 2 měsících přestal v sekačce fungovat pojezd a chtěl bych ji reklamovat. Vyrozuměl jsem, že je nutné ji dovést přímo na prodejnu. Nebližší prodejna v Ostravě je uvnitř nákupního centra. Je možné ji dovézt pasáží z podzemní garáže k obchodu v nezabaleném stavu, tak jak byla používána, nebo je i jiná možnost, jak sekačku reklamovat? Děkuji.
