You can smoke, roast, bake and prepare food on the Searwood® Weber pellet grill thanks to a full temperature range from 80 to 315°C and DirectFlame grilling, which creates distinctive and tasty grilling grates and a delicious golden sear. The Searwood® pellet grill gets hot in 15 minutes or less, grills evenly and has a Sear Zone area on the entire grill grate, allowing you to prepare more food over the flame. Explore new techniques with a rotisserie or insertion plancha (sold separately). Then clean the grill quickly and easily using the Pull&Clean grease and ash removal system located at the front of the grill.

Rapid React PID and DirectFlame
The Rapid React PID system heats the grill to the set temperature in 15 minutes or less, ensures rapid temperature recovery after opening the lid and maintains a constant temperature in cold weather. Tested under laboratory conditions at an ambient temperature of 25 °C using high quality wood pellets as fuel. Grilling with DirectFlame produces a tasty sear and a golden, crispy crust. With no large diffuser to block the flame, the food looks as delicious as it tastes and has a distinctive grill grate, golden sear and crispy crust.
SmokeBoost and manual mode
The SmokeBoost setting maintains the temperature at 80°C and optimises smoke absorption into the food, intensifying the aroma. Manual mode ensures even fuel supply and fan speed for constant heat during grilling on the planche or whenever you want to leave the lid open during grilling.
