Key features of the Würth WIT-EA 150ml chemical injection mortar
- Two-component reactive resin mortar, epoxy acrylate with styrene
- Also suitable for solid masonry and non-cracked concrete
- Does not cause discolouration when used in natural stone
- Cartridges can be used until the expiry date – simply replace the mixing nozzle or close with the sealing cap
- For use in natural stone (without certificate), non-cracked concrete and solid brick masonry (hollow brick; without certificate)
- Grey colour
- ETA-14/0152 approved
Intended use:
Natural stone (without certificate): W-VD-A anchor rod, W-VI-A anchor rod or standard threaded rod with 3.1 test certificate
Non-cracked concrete: W-VD-A anchor rod, W-VI-A anchor rod or standard threaded rod with 3.1 test certificate
Solid brick masonry (hollow brick) – without certificate: WIT-AS anchor rod, WIT-IG internally threaded sleeve, WIT-SH perforated sleeve
Suitable application gun:
Cordless application gun 330ml, MULTI application gun, EasyMax 330ml, HandyMax 330ml, silicone application gun 310ml
Min./max. processing temperature / conditions:
-5 to -40°C / temperature in the anchorage point during processing and curing
Min./max. ambient temperature / conditions:
-40 to -80°C / after the complete curing process
Temperature resistance, long-term temperature resistant max.:
-50°C
Temperature resistance, short-term temperature resistant max.:
-80°C
Shelf life from production / conditions:
12 months / at -5°C to -25°C
Notice:
When using in natural stone, a preliminary test on a stone sample is required to determine whether the mortar compounds cause discolouration.
