Proper use procedure
When using the Homedics IPL-HH350 Duo Quartz epilator, the best effects will come if you get to the root of the hair. The skin must therefore be clean, dry, and shaved. Apply the epilator immediately after shaving the target areas, and you will gradually find that you no longer need to shave at all. Duo Quartz is suitable for most skin types and hair types. It works best on lighter skin and darker hair. Lighter shades of hair will require multiple repetitions. For completely blond and grey hair, we do not recommend the IPL method.
