Indoor siren HmIP-ASIR-2 for the Homematic IP smart home system
Sirens are an essential part of the security system. They reliably warn you of danger, scare off intruders and attract the attention of those around you. The siren (HmIP-ASIR-2) needs less than two seconds to activate a loud alarm and bright LED indicators in response to an alarm signal. With regard to the security of user data, you will surely be pleased that all communication takes place in an encrypted form to servers located in Germany .
The siren actively deters trespassers.
Indication of system status by means of a short beep of the siren buzzers.
Power supply is possible in a combination of a solar panel + 3 AA batteries. Expected lifetime 6 years.

Thanks to battery power, the HmIP-ASIR-2 alarm siren can be installed even in hard-to-reach places without the need for additional cabling. An integral part of the siren is also a holder for quick and easy installation .

The wireless connection of the siren (HmIP-ASIR-2) with the Central Unit (HmIP-HAP) offers convenient setup and control of the complex Homematic IP smart home system using an intuitive application (for Android and iOS in CZ) designed for smartphones. The mobile application enables immediate response to messages and alerts from your smart home system and connects all Homematic IP devices via a free, unlimited cloud, which allows setting up and controlling the system from anywhere in the world

Active indication for intruders
The siren has 9 different warning tones available, which can be freely configured depending on the input of the alarm signal defined by the added element of the Homematic IP smart home . For example, warnings about the object being disturbed, fire danger, flooding of the monitored area and many others.
