Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem si u vás před týdnem cartridge typu 912 (pouze barvy) a nyní se potýkám se špatnou kvalitou tisku. Respektive modrá i žlutá tiskne v pořádku, ale červená nikoliv. Několikrát jsem spustil čištění tiskové hlavy ale stále nic (External Link Na protokolu je ale vidět, že se nedaří v tisku ani zbylým barvám. Co mám tedy dělat? Zaschnout nemohly, naposledy jsem tiskl před 2 dny. PS: již nechci zbytečně zkoušet opět program na vyčištění, četl jsem, že tiskárna tímto spotřebovává hodně inkoustu (cca jako 20 stránek!) Děkuji za pomoc

Zdravím, dnes jsem si zakoupil cartridge 912 červená, modrá a žlutá. Po vložení žluté se mi zobrazuje kapacita cca 60%. Mám jít tedy cartridge okamžitě reklamovat? Na cartridge jsem nevytiskl ještě ani stránku! Děkuji

Dobrý den, mohu se zeptat, kam přichází inkoust ze samočistícího režimu? Tiskárna mi po každém dokončeném tisku vydává ještě pravidelně několik sekund zvuky. Při otevření tiskárny jsem viděl, že se inkoust hromadí na pravé straně kde mokří nějaké "kabely". Je toto v pořádku? Děkuji
