The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M553dn laser printer has been designed to deliver an incredibly-high performance and increase your productivity. Offering a high printing speed of 38 pages per minute and a montly output of up to 80,000 pages, the printer is greatly suitable for larger offices which need to process considerable amounts of documents. Indeed, document processing is rendered very fast thanks to the printer's powerful processor.
Ready for maximum workload
The printer is equipped with two spacious paper trays that can accommodate 100 and 550 sheets, respectively. Providing a very high performance is the powerful 1.2GHz processor married to 1GB of memory, which can be further expanded. Print job properties can be easily adjusted on the inbuilt four-line colour LCD display with a keyboard.
JetIntelligence technology
JetIntelligence printers use new toners with a breakthrough chemical composition. Each toner cartridge is formed of a durable shell and a soft core. This unique composition ensures a higher printing output coupled with a lower energy consumption in the toners' manufacturing process. Printing is thereby made faster and more cost-effective, while still maintaining a very high quality.
Higher printing speed, more performance, and improved protection
The device's intelligent page maximisation technology is designed to detect the current levels in the cartridges, and adjust performance accordingly, in order to print as many pages as possible. During operation, the printer collects key toner cartridge and component status information, which helps to intelligently estimate their remaining lifespan.
High print speed
Adding to the comfort of using the printer is its fast responsiveness: the first black-and-white page prints only in six seconds; the first page in colour is ready only one second later. Also appreciated will be the printer's automatic, very fast duplex printing function.
Advanced security and sharing options
The printer offers a number of features to perfectly secure and manage your data. You can easily set up printing and printer sharing via the built-in Ethernet interface. Additionally, the device also supports HP ePrint mobile printing as well as Apple Airprint.
- Printers are usually supplied with a starter toner and/or cartridges with an approximate 60% capacity of regular cartridges which are available to purchase separately.
