Dobrý deň! Tak toto multifunkčné zariadenie po 2 rokoch od kúpy a používaní aj neoriginálnych tonerov mi dnes vyhodilo požiadavku od HP na aktualizáciu tlačiarne. Po jej kliknutí mi zablokovalo všetky tonery a nedá sa vôbec tlačiť! A to neoriginálne tonery používam takmer ROK! Čo to má znamenať!? Prosím vás, neakceptujte žiadne aktualizácie! Je to až okaté, ako sa výrobca po dvoch rokoch, tzn. po uplynutí záruky snaží o spôsobovanie problémov s výrobkom len, aby bol buď nakúpený nový výrobok alebo originál (veľmi drahé) tonery. Sme pobúrení!

Dobrý den, koupila jsem si tuto tiskárnu a potřebovala jsem vytisknout oboustraně větší množství papíru. Bohůžel stroj se mi neustále přehřívá, netiskne několik minut a píše mi to, že se ochlazuje... je to normální? Děkuji za odpověď

Dobrý den, chci se zeptat jestli jsou součástí balení tonery k tomu abych mohl tisknout jak černě tak barevně. Další má otázka zní jestli je potřeba mít nakoupeno v barevnému tisku všechny možné barevné tonery nebo stačí například jen tří a s toho si to tiskárna namíchá popř. o jaké se jedná. Děkuji
