Dobrý den, chtěla bych se zeptat, zda je tato tiskárna vhodná i pro tisk na fólie (např. od firmy Xerox, určené pro čb laserové tiskárny), zda zvládne na folii vytisknout kvalitně černé plochy i linie. Děkuji

Dobrý den,zakoupila jsem si tuto tiskárnu a nyní s ní mám problém,že mi po určité době,kdy netisknu (někdy 10 min.někdy hodina) napíše chybu a netiskne.Někdy stačí vypnout tiskárnu,někdy ji musím odebrat z počítače a nainstalovat znovu.Je to celkem otravné a vzhledem k tomu,že ji používám průběžně celý den, stane se to i několikrát za ten den.Stává se to pokud je připojená přes wifi nebo i přes kabel.

Dobrý den, potřebovala bych delší kabel mezi tiskárnou a PC než byl přiložený. Je možné mi zaslat odkaz. Když jsem připojená přes VPN tak nelze tisknout bezdrátově. Děkuji, Ivana

Jaké jsou rozměry tiskárny? v popisu uvádíte 346 × 348 × 280 mm, v parametrech prozměnu 159 x 189 x 346mm.
