Dobrý den, koupil jsem tiskárnu hlavně z důvodu, že máte napsáno na stránkách, že podporuje Airprint. Ale tento model nepodporuje. Jak tohle můžu řešit ?

Dobrý den, V popisu tiskárny píšete, že má tiskárna i "bezdrátový modul WI-FI", díky kterému je možné sdílet a tisknout dokumenty v rámci dané wifi sítě i z uvedených zařízení Apple a se systémem Android. W hlavním popisu tiskárny máte ale, že má pouze připojení přes USB2.0. Jak to tedy je? na stránkách výrobce k modelu HP LaserJet Pro M26a je napsáno, že funkce bezdrátového a tedy ani mobilního tisku nemá. Prosím o vysvětlení a případnou opravu popisku.

Dobrý den, tiskárna mi chvíli hlásí v HP AiO Remote Printer stav tiskárny neznámý a za chvíli je vše v pořádku. A opakuje se to. Ikdyž je tiskárna stále připojená přes USB kabel. Takže jednou se tisknout povede a jednou ne. A ještě jeden problém mám. Tiskárna podporuje oboustranný tisk, ale oboustranně tisknout nechce. Ve vlastnostech tiskárny jsem našel kolonku: Oboustranný tisk: ne. Děkuji za pomoc
