Dobrý den, můžete mi potvrdit rozměry tiskárny? U modelu 1000n a 1000w uvádíte zcela jiné rozměry a přitom vypadají obě tiskárny stejně. Jaké jsou správné? děkuji

Dobrý den, koupila jsem si tiskárnu HP Neverstop laser MFP 1200w. První dva dny po instalaci se každou 1/2 minutu sama spouštěla, jako by chtěla tisknout. Pak to samo cca na měsíc přestalo a fungovala úplně perfektně. Teď po měsíci začala znovu každou půlminutu startovat. Je to nepříjemné a hlučné. Přestane pouze když vytáhnu z USB portu v NTB a při každém tisku se musí připojovat. Co se s tím dá dělat? Děkuji za radu.

Na tomto videu External Link (zhruba od 1. minuty) je vidět rychlé nepříjemné problikávání průhledného kolečka v pravé části tiskárny. To bliká stále? Jdou tyto "neonky" vypnout?

Může mi někdo vysvětlit, koho napadlo tuto tiskárnu doporučovat pro velkoobjemový tisk, když podle specifikace zde na Alze má maximální měsíční vytížení pouze 2 500 str./měsíc a optický válec má životnost pouze 20 000 stran? Myslel jsem podle reklamy, že si tuto tiskárnu koupím, abych ušetřil za tisk, ale k čemu mi je, že nový "toner" stojí sice jen 300 Kč, ale buď budu několikrát do měsíce kupovat tiskový válec (1 500 Kč), nebo mi tiskárna brzo odejde, protože zátěž tisku nevydrží. Dílenské zpracování asi není kvalitní, aby tiskárna vydržela jednorázový nápor tisku třeba 30 000 stran, když potřebuji tisknout projekty, a tiskárna se dřív rozpadne. Potom ale nechápu inzerovanou výhodu nízké ceny tonerového prášku (300 Kč), když tiskárna není stavěná na velkoobjemový tisk. Neměl HP tuto technologii průběžného doplňování toneru integrovat spíše do vyšších tříd tiskáren? Může mi někdo tento rozpor vysvětlit?

Dobrý den, ve vašem popisu se píše "Využívejte cloudový tisk přes síť WiFi nebo mobilní síť a tiskněte odkudkoli." Asi máte na mysli tisk „Tisk odkudkoli“. Dle mě to tato tiskárna nemá. Tzn. můžu tisknout pouze pokud jsem na stejné WIFI jako tiskárna. Prosím o potvrzení.
