po roce mi přestala fungovat z ničeho nic nevím co se stalo ale jsme velice zklamaná jinak celou dobu fungovala perfektně

Dobrý den, myš jsem koupil k MacBooku Air s OS macOS 11.1 Big Sur. Myš mi nefunguje, pomohlo pouze desítky minut dlouhé vyndavání zandávání baterie a donglu, vypínání zapínání myši i PC i všechny typy stisku párovacího tlačítka. Jednou se mi to povedlo, ale při připojení k jinému USB portu nefunguje, po připojení zpět do onoho funkčního nefunguje znovu. Je to na reklamaci? Co mohu dělat? Děkuji. AP

Dobrý deň, na stránke alzy som našla, že sa predáva samostatne iba USB reciever od firmy Logitech, a kedže ja mám doma funkčnú presne túto myšku od Hp, ktorej reciever ale ostal zapichnutý v ntb, ktorý mi ukradli, tak som sa len chcela informovať, či by bol ten reciever kompatibilný s myškou a teda by som jej mohla prinavrátiť život :) Ďakujem pekne vopred za odpoveď.
