Dobrý den. Rozbila se mi nedávno fleshka od sluchátek, tak jsem ji poslala na reklamaci. Dnes došla jak rozbitá tak i nová, jenže problém je v tom, že ta nová z nějakého důvodu "nefunguje". Nevíte co s tím?
