Dobrý den, jak je možné že tento nový tablet je už v základě "rootnutý"? Což je defakto nabourání systému tabletu a kvulitu tomu zle neuznat reklamaci. Dnes se mi tablet vrátil z reklamace, posílal jsem ho tam pár dní na to ci mi přišel, a ted zjistím že je rootnutý. O tom není na webu ani v obejdnávce zmínka, podle mě je to důvod k odstoupení od smlouvy a vrácení zboží. Prosím o odpověď a jak tohle budete řešit? Dodali jste zákazníkovi "hacknutý" tablet aniž by o tom věděl. To je podvod!
