Chcem sa opýtať Alzy, keďže sa vyhlasujú za odborníkov takmer na všetko, pomaly aj na lietadlá, že kto to u nich robí tie popisky ku smartfónom..?? Kombinujú popis iPhone 8 s iPhone Plus, pričom sa jedná o dva diametrálne odlišné telefóny. Potom je zákazník zmätený a myslí si, že dostane funkcie iPhone 8 Plus, ak si kúpi jeho menšieho a lacnejšieho brata iPhone 8. Niekto by to nazval klamaním zákazníka, ale verím, že je to len prejav neodbornosti, nepozornosti a lajdáctva produktového manažéra. Však? :) Jednoducho, nedá sa byť odborníkom na všetko. To je holý fakt a je načase, aby si to Alza ako celok uvedomila. Dáva tak totiž príklad aj ostatným predajcom a potom to tak vyzerá: všetci vedia všetko a pritom nikto nevie vôbec nič. Resp. to málo čo vedia, vyhlasujú za všetko... Smutné.
