Jak mi prosím vysvětlíte to ze jste mne informovali ze telefon není dostupný a nedokážete ho dodat, přestože mi váš operátor telefonoval ze pokud si priplatim pojistku proti krádeži, rozbití a prodlouženou záruku, je možný odběr telefonu již druhy den na pobočce . Připadá mi to jako podvodné jednání a klamání klientů .

Predobjednal jsem si telefon nekolik minut po tom co to bylo mozne, mesic a neco nazpet. Pak mi prisel email at to potvrdim, opet potvrzeno asi minutu po tom co mi tento email prisel. Mame 3.11 a nemam nic - ani informaci o poradi, ani telefon a ani se mi neobtezoval nekdo ozvat.. Fakt super eshop! Alespon vim kde na vanoce nakupovat nebudu.

To už si mimozemšťan zase ustříkl... Tákže člověk si dá předobjednávku, načež ji Alza ignoruje, den před prodejem dá telefony do prodeje s 50% přirážkou a zmení termín dodání na prosinec? OK.. a teď, když už je prosinec, tak zase posouvá termín dodání? Což takle nevodit zákazníky za nos a nafér říct, že předobjednávky byly k ničemu...
