Po propojení s účtem Google Home, má jít zařízení ovládat pomocí příkazů open/close. Přikaz open, pak vyžaduje PIN z důvodu bezpečnosti. Problém je v tom, že zařízení funguje i když opakovaně používáte příkaz close. Ten dveře bez problémů otevírá i zavírá bez toho, aniž byste museli říct PIN.
