The Jabra PanaCast Room Kit conferencing system lets you hold video conference calls in medium and large meeting rooms. This European version of the kit integrates three cameras with an output resolution of 3840 × 1080 pixels and a 180° horizontal field of view. The system delivers a distortion-free image and captures everyone present at the meeting room table. A 10.1" touchscreen control panel running on Android handles meeting management. The device supports Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms for quick conference call launches.
Three integrated cameras capture the space at a 180° horizontal and 54° vertical angle. The system stitches the shots into a single panoramic image with a resolution of up to 3840 × 1080 pixels. Built-in AI functions automatically adjust the frame according to the number and position of people seated. The digital zoom offers up to 6× lossless zoom without any loss of sharpness. A physical camera cover is used to cover the lenses when not in use.
The audio section includes eight microphones with beamforming technology and ambient noise suppression. The microphone array captures voices from up to 11 metres away from the main unit. Four built-in speakers deliver sound output composed of two woofers and two tweeters. The speaker frequency range is 80Hz to 20000Hz. The system automatically detects the active speaker and focuses the audio channels on them.
The set includes a Jabra Control IP touchscreen control panel with a 10.1" screen size. The display operates at a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels in landscape orientation. The colour screen makes it easy to launch scheduled meetings with a single touch, without needing to connect a computer. The control console runs on the Android operating system and includes two proximity sensors. You can connect the panel via an Ethernet cable with PoE support.
The device offers a wide range of physical connectors for connecting peripherals and sharing content. On the body of the unit, you will find one USB Type-A port, two HDMI outputs, and an RJ-45 network port. Wireless transmissions are handled by dual-band Wi-Fi 5 with WPA2-Enterprise encryption and Bluetooth version 5.1. The system supports content sharing via HDMI, Apple AirPlay, or Microsoft Teams-Cast.
The system is built on the secure Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform with the Android operating system. This architecture protects transmitted data and prevents unauthorised access to administrator settings. An integrated Kensington-standard security lock slot provides physical hardware protection. The device's construction complies with an IPX2 rating against dripping water. Remote management of the entire system can be performed via the Jabra Plus cloud platform.
The main unit's design, measuring 77 × 730 × 146mm, allows for installation in the meeting room according to the specific layout of the space. The device can be mounted on the wall using the supplied bracket, adapting its position relative to the screen and participants. Power is supplied via an external mains adapter with a supported input voltage of 100–240V. An integrated cable management system helps to organise the connected cabling and maintain a clean installation appearance.
