Recommended Dosage
Adults:
1 capsule every other day with a meal.
Take a few hours before or after taking other medicines.
Warning
Not suitable for children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using this product. To avoid the risk of iron overdose, keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. The colour of the capsules may vary. This is due to the presence of natural ingredients.
