Why is Vitamin C important?
Vitamin C contributes to the correct function of connective tissues (bones, tendons, cartilage, especially during children's growth period), as well as skin, teeth, and gums. It supports the correct functioning of the psyche, nervous, and immune systems. It contributes to the reduction of tiredness and exhaustion and increases the absorption of iron. Vitamin C in the form of pastilles with fruit pectin (gelatine-free) is also suitable for vegetarians.
