The blade material is made of special French steel with a content of 0.50% C, 14.50% Cr, 0.70% Mo, 0.12% V. The handle is divided, made of plastic with increased temperature resistance. The machining of the handle ensures the removal of any unsanitary joints that might occur between the metal and plastic parts of the handle. The blade is hot forged, hardened and tempered to achieve a very fine material structure . After sharpening, the blade' s long durability is guaranteed.
