Its main advantage is that it reduces the amount of light passing through the camera lens, allowing you to work with longer shutter speeds. It also smooths out moving objects, such as flowing water. Another neat bonus of ND filters is that you can use a wider aperture with the same ISO sensitivity and shutter speed for a striking depth of field effect. The K&F Concept Nano-X Filter ND1000 - 46mm ND Filter has a 46 mm filter diameter, so you can fit it on all lenses of the same diameter. The Slim construction means that the filter frame doesn't create the vignette effect. The ND factor of 1000 indicates a transmittance of 0.1%, so you can set up an exposure a thousand times longer. The water-repellent MRC layer (Multi-Resistant Coating) offers a significantly higher resistance to water droplets and dust, protects the filter surface from scratches and guards against accidental fingerprints.
