Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem tyto kleště, o kvalitě a zpracování u Knipexu nemůžeme diskutovat. Vyzvedl jsem si je na pobočce a byli mi předány bez jakékoliv krabičky, vysačky, obalu, pouze samostatně. Obsluha na výdeji odpověděla, že je dostali takto. Zakoupil jsem je jako dárek k narozeninám a jsme zvyklí u Knipexu na krabičku, blister apod. Jedná se tedy o oficiální distribuci nebo rozprodáváte kleště z nějaké sady ? Děkuji za odpověď

Prosím o informaci, kterou variantu ve skutečnosti máte skladem a prodáváte. Podle produktového čísla 0822145 se jedná o rukojeti dvoubarevné, silnější. Dle fotografie s červenými rukojeťmi se jedná o produktové číslo 0821145.
