Levenhuk Blitz 80s PLUS

The Levenhuk Blitz 80s PLUS is an achromatic refractor with a short focal length and wide field of view that renders high-resolution images. Due to the large aperture, the stargazing telescope is also suitable for astrophotography. It allows observation of outer space and bright deep space objects, but not in detail or for ground-based observations. The short focal length refractor is very compact, making it a great instrument for trips to the countryside. In addition, outside of urban light pollution, it provides a sharper and clearer image of the night sky.

Easy and practical installation

The observing telescope is mounted on a parallactic mount with manual controls, which is practical for longer observing sessions. Slow-moving control knobs allow precise and smooth tracking of objects in the moving sky. The assembly is mounted on an aluminium tripod. The tripod is stable and adjustable in height, with an accessory compartment in the middle. Due to the use of a standard eyepiece lift, any 31.75 mm (1.25") diameter cylinder accessory (sold separately) can be used with the stargazing telescope.
