Levenhuk New Skyline Base 60/700 AZ2

The model requires no complex setup, so you can start exploring right out of the box.
Key features of the Levenhuk New Skyline Base 60/700 AZ2 telescope
- Refractor for beginners with a 60mm aperture and 700mm focal length
- Expanded accessory kit including a 2× Barlow lens and 10mm and 20mm eyepieces
- 1.5× erecting eyepiece for comfortable observation of terrestrial objects with a correctly oriented image
- Lightweight aluminium tripod with adjustable height and an accessory tray
- Easy-to-use alt-azimuth mount, ideal for children and beginners
- Designed for both astronomical and terrestrial observations
Simple mount control
The optical tube is installed on an AZ2 alt-azimuth mount. This is a very intuitive system: you can simply move the tube up and down or side to side. Locking screws let you secure the telescope in place once you find your target. The tripod is made of lightweight yet durable aluminium. You can adjust the tripod's height to suit the observer, which is especially handy if the telescope is used by both adults and children. The accessory tray keeps all your accessories within easy reach.
Expanded accessory kit
The telescope comes fully equipped. It includes 10mm (70×) and 20mm (35×) eyepieces, a screen size mirror, and a 1.5× erecting eyepiece that provides a correctly oriented image. To double the magnification, simply add the included 2× Barlow lens. A special lunar filter reduces the Moon's brightness and helps you observe more surface details.
