Dobrý den, při praní v této pračce mi z plavek vypadla kovová kostice a nyní se nachází někde kolem bubnu. Otázka zní jestli mohu pračku zezadu rozšroubovat a kostici vytáhnout, aniž bych ztratil záruku? Nikde tam nevidím žádnou záruční plombu, tak se raději ptám. Děkuji za odpověď
