The Lian Li A3-mATX PC case in white was created in collaboration with DAN Cases and provides the foundation for building high-performance systems in a compact Midi Tower format. The case supports both mATX and Mini-ITX motherboards and can accommodate robust graphics cards or extensive water cooling. Its all-metal construction with fine perforation on three sides optimises the natural airflow to hot components. A flexible power supply mounting system adapts the internal layout to the user's specific needs. Lian Li A3-mATX case design
The product is defined by a combination of technical precision and visual simplicity. The plastic front panel on the standard version completes the overall look of the entire build. Three sides are made of steel mesh, ensuring a supply of fresh air. This approach cools the internal components even under high load. The perforated panels provide passive heat dissipation from the interior and support the fans.
Compact Lian Li A3-mATX
Despite its small external dimensions, it accommodates standard components without compromising on performance. The efficient use of internal space makes it possible to build gaming and workstations. You can remove all external panels and internal brackets without a screwdriver. Easy access to the interior speeds up assembly and cable management. Quick removal of the side panels simplifies maintenance and any hardware replacements.
Motherboard support in the Lian Li A3-mATX
The internal space accepts Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. The user can choose a suitable platform according to their preferences and requirements for future system expandability. The provision for four expansion slots corresponds to the mATX board standard. The installation frame supports ATX, SFX and SFX-L power supplies up to 220mm in length. You can change the power supply position between the front and side walls depending on the graphics card configuration. Moving the power supply affects the free space inside the case for other components.
Graphics cards in the Lian Li A3-mATX
The space for a graphics accelerator reaches up to 415mm in length with a thickness of four slots. The included anti-sag bracket ensures the stability of the connection in the PCIe slot. The design enables the installation of up to ten 120mm fans in various positions. The high number of fan positions optimises temperatures inside the case under load. The user can combine different fan sizes on the side. The front panel includes a modern USB-C port and two USB 3.0 Type-A ports.
Maintenance and water cooling circuits
The bottom is protected by a dust filter covering the entire intake area. Regular cleaning of the filter extends the life of the installed components and fans. The filter prevents coarse dirt from entering the power supply and graphics card area. The top and side offer space for water-cooling radiators up to 360mm in size. Support for water cooling increases the potential for processor overclocking. The data storage system includes positions for two 2.5" SSDs on a removable plate. The bottom of the case provides additional space for a 2.5" or 3.5" drive.
