Dobrý den, v balení mi bohužel chyběla krytka na kameru, přestože na obalu (a v popisu produktu) zmíněná je. Bylo by možné jí dodatečně získat bez nutnosti reklamace? Nechci totiž čekat dalších pár měsíců, až bude kamera zase skladem. Díky

Dobrý den, chtěl bych se zeptat na konektivitu této kamery. Většinou je tento model označován jako "wireless" webcam, nicméně nikde jsem zde nenašel, jestli reálně podporuje připojení přes wifi, nebo bluetooth. Potřebuji kameru do zasedačky tedy takovou, která bude nad televizí a nechci řešit USB kabel ke stolu. Děkuji :)

Dobrý den, je zapotřebí po zapojení této kamery instalovat nějaký software, nebo si ji systém Windows najde ve své databázi sám a připojí ji automaticky. Ptám se proto, že ji chci připojit k počítači u kterého nemám administrátorské oprávnění.
