L'ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL Activating Emulsion Oxydante Creme is a stabilizing oxidizing cream intended for professional hair dyeing and bleaching with L'Oréal Professionnel permanent dyes. It was developed to improve the colour range of these colours and to mix with them very easily. It ensures their stability and stability during and after application. Oxidizing cream 40 Vol is the strongest of the offer and contains 12% hydrogen peroxide.

Method of use:
Mix L'Oréal Professionnel Oxydant Cream with the selected colour. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Apply the homogeneous mixture to the hair. Follow the instructions exactly. Select the oxydant concentration according to the desired light intensity or opacity (20 vol. for 2 tone lightening, 30 vol. for 3 tone lightening, 40 vol. for significant gray coverage).
