MaceMaker ELEGANTE SLICING SanMai Damascus Kitchen Knife
MaceMaker ELEGANTE SLICING SanMai Damascus Kitchen Knife
MaceMaker Elegante Slicing SanMai is a high-quality, reliable, and stylish kitchen knife with a 21.5cm Damascus steel blade. A perfect cut is ensured by the SanMai Japanese sandwich blade construction – at its core is a VG-10 steel cutting “razor blade”, protected on both sides by a tough layer of Damascus steel. This combination of materials gives the knife long-lasting sharpness and resistance to corrosion, wear, and impacts. The Damascus steel, formed from two different types of steel with distinct colour tones, also gives the knife its unique, attractive appearance. The blade is set in a comfortable, solid wood handle with a steel bolster. The MaceMaker Elegante Slicing SanMai kitchen knife is not suitable for dishwashers.
