mamacoffee Bio Peru Moyobamba, 1000g
mamacoffee Organic Peru Moyobamba
bean, 1000 g
Peruvian Arabica with chocolatey softness and honeyed sweetness
The coffee comes from the Peruvian region of San Martin, specifically from the area around the city of Moyobamba, which is known for its ideal microclimate and rich biodiversity. Local smallholder farmers grow coffee at higher altitudes at the foot of the Amazon jungle, often in shade agroforests, combining traditional hand-picking with farming. This gives the coffee a clean, balanced profile with notes of cocoa, dried fruit and a subtle floral sweetness .
