Espresso blend mamacoffee Dejavu is ideal for espresso, in a moka pot and in a jazwa. It offers a unique flavour with milk chocolate, aniseed, cane sugar, hazelnut and raisins. The full, creamy body is complemented by low acidity. The blend consists of 100% Arabica beans from Brazil and Nicaragua, which are roasted separately and blended in the right proportions after roasting.
Processed by the washed method
The first coffee in the Mamacoffee Dejavu espresso blend is the Nicaragua Norlan & Uriel coffee from the El Progreso farm in the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua, where it is grown by the Norlan & Uriel Chavarría brothers. They represent the fourth generation of coffee farmers. They respect tradition, strive to acquire new techniques and produce coffee of exceptional quality. The mamacoffee Dejavu espresso blend also contains coffee from Brazil grown on the farm of the Paula Toleda Campos family. The blend consists of the Sarchimor and Yellow Catuai varieties, which are hand-picked and processed using the washed methour
