Plus, everything you need to control the speaker, including the volume, treble and bass controls, is located directly on its body, so you can control your music without picking up your phone. A key benefit of this speaker is the OTA (Over-the-Air) updates via the mobile app, ensuring you always have the latest software and features.
Ideal for a More Sustainable Approach
Marshall has taken its signature rock 'n' roll home speaker line-up and given it a stripped-back look. This means the Marshall Acton III speaker will look perfect on any shelf. While it stays true to the iconic design, it has a PVC-free construction and is made from 70% recycled plastic and vegan materials.

Number of Channels
The number of channels in speaker systems and home cinemas indicates the number of independent audio signals (speakers) and subwoofers, most often in X.Y format (e.g., 2.0, 5.1). It denotes how many audio tracks are reproduced simultaneously, which determines the spatial experience and bass depth of the system, from basic stereo sound (2.0) to surround sound (5.1 and more).System Type
An active speaker is one that has a built-in amplifier, so all you need to do to listen is connect it to a sound source, either wired or wirelessly. Passive speakers are more often referred to as speaker systems. They are intended more for high-quality, loud and dynamic listening in the comfort of your home and are not suitable for frequent transport. The main advantage of passive speakers is the ability to connect a variety of sources via a separate amplifier.Specifications
