Ingredients
Mint, Lemon balm, licorice root, Chamomile, motherwort nasturtium, Fennel fruit.
Recommended dosage
It is recommended to drink 1-3 cups per day as needed - e.g. one after the main meal and one in the evening for relaxation.
Preparation
1 teaspoon of the mixture per cup (approx. 250 ml) pour hot water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, then drink.
