ELMEX Dental floss menthol 50 m

Elmex waxed dental floss with aminfluorides and a pleasant mint flavour thoroughly cleans narrow spaces between the teeth that a toothbrush cannot reach. To ensure optimal protection of the tooth surface against tooth decay in the interdental spaces, Elmex dental floss is impregnated with aminfluoride. Aminfluoride strengthens tooth enamel and prevents the accumulation of plaque bacteria. This helps protect teeth from decay and gums from inflammation. Thanks to the special fibre, the floss increases its volume when used in the interdental space and thus ensures thorough cleaning.

Use:
Take a piece of dental floss about 45 cm long. Wrap one end around a finger on one hand, the other end around a finger on the other hand. Stretch approximately 2.5 cm of thread between your thumbs and forefingers. Move the thread between the teeth up and down and slightly back and forth. Be careful not to apply pressure to the gums with dental floss. When the dental floss gets close to the gums, curl it in a "C" shape around one tooth and gently slide it up and down the surface of the tooth below the gum level. Repeat this on the other side of the second tooth. Repeat this procedure for each interdental space with a clean piece of dental floss, including the back of the last back teeth. To make the cleaning process as efficient as possible, it is recommended to use a regular procedure, e.g. start from the upper teeth and work to the left, then to the right and then the same for the lower teeth. This will increase the likelihood that you won't forget any space between your teeth.
