HiPP Comfort Special Infant Formula is a nutritionally complete infant formula designed for dietary management of bloating, colic and constipation in infancy. It can be given from birth as exclusive nutrition for infants who cannot be breastfed, as well as from the end of the 6th month as part of a mixed diet. HiPP Comfort is a food intended for special medical purposes. Administer only after consulting a physician.

Preparation
1. Wash your hands, sterilize the utensils used and boil drinking water intended for infants.
2. Allow the water to cool to approximately 40 °C and pour part of the required amount (see table on the packaging) into the sterilised bottle.
3. Observe the recommended temperature - higher temperatures destroy lactic acid cultures (Lactobacilli).
4. Add the appropriate amount of powder to the bottle: fill the measuring cup lightly with powder and align it with the edge inside the box.
5. Always use the included measuring cup for dosing.
6. Close the bottle and shake thoroughly.
7. Add the rest of the water and again shake thoroughly several times.
8. Cool the reconstituted milk to a drinkable temperature of about 37 °C.
9. Before serving, check the temperature of the milk mixture by dripping on the inside of the wrist and serve immediately.
10. Prepare the food fresh just before feeding. Do not reuse the residue.
11. Do not heat in the microwave, there is a risk of scalding the child.
12. Never add more than the prescribed amount of food or anything else to the diet.
13. Close the opened container tightly immediately after removing the powder. Do not put a wet measuring cup inside.

Storage conditions
Store dry at room temperature and avoid temperature fluctuations. Consume the contents within 3 weeks of opening the container.

Breastfeeding is the best way to feed infants. Mother's milk is the most natural and beneficial diet for the nutrition of newborns and infants, in terms of its nutrients and their quality. If you wish to use Hipp Comfort, consult your doctor or a person qualified in nutrition, pharmacy or maternal and child care. It is important for the health of infants that the preparation instructions and recommendations are strictly followed.
