Strong Menstruation Herbal Tea is a traditional herbal blend designed for women seeking natural relief during heavy menstruation. The blend contains carefully selected herbs such as yarrow, sage, horehound and cocklebur, which are known for their beneficial effects on menstrual comfort. Each of these herbs has a role to play in supporting the body's natural processes, contributing to a more comfortable and normal course of menstruation.

Ingredients
Yarrow, Sage, Hluchavka, Kokoschka paste capsule.
Preparation
Prepare 2 teaspoons of the herbal mixture. Pour over 250 ml of hot water and cover. Leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes. Always prepare the tea fresh.
Recommended dosage
3 cups daily before and after menstruation (tea is not taken during menstruation). It is ideal to take the tea on an empty stomach/ before meals. 100 g of loose tea corresponds to a cure for about a month.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of reach of children. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
