The Kidnort heater also has a disinfection mode that heats the contents to 70°C for 1 minute and then automatically switches off. The food will not contain any harmful bacteria, germs or enzymes. The inside of the heater is made of high quality 316L surgical steel, which is resistant to heating and also to acids, so it does not react with acids in fruit or other foods. It is also hypoallergenic.
