Leros Contryhel 50 g
Lady's mantle, also known as alchemilla, dewcup, or field geranium – this inconspicuous herb is most often associated with maintaining women's health, but it also contributes to normal digestion and the normal condition of joints and muscles. The herb helps to refresh the body. Medieval alchemists also used this useful plant in the creation of the philosopher's stone. They considered the water that clings to the green leaves of the herb to be a magical celestial dew of extraordinary power. The plant's genus name, Alchemilla, also refers to this legend.
Preparation and Dosage
Pour boiling water (250ml) over 1–2 teaspoons of the herb, infuse in a covered container for 10 minutes, and then strain. The tea should always be prepared fresh.
Drink 1 cup per day. Do not exceed the stated dosage. The recommended duration of use is 3 weeks; after a 2-week break, the course can be repeated.
Taste and Aroma
Lady's mantle tea has a pleasant, subtle herbal aroma and a light yellow colour. Enjoy its slightly bitter but full-bodied taste.
Warning
Not intended for children. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to lady's mantle herb. Store in a dry place up to 25°C, protected from light and foreign odours. Keep out of reach of children.
