Leros Nettle 20 × 1 g
Nettle tea supports kidney function and the excretion of water from the body. It is also used during spring cleansing routines. It is said that if we truly appreciated all the beneficial effects of this stinging herb, we would let it grow in our gardens instead of flowers. Gardeners consider nettle a weed, herbalists a treasure. It's no coincidence they call it the “Czech ginseng”.
Preparation and Dosage
Pour boiling water (250ml) over 1 teabag and steep in a covered container for 10 minutes. The tea should always be prepared fresh.
Drink 1 cup per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The course can last for a maximum of 10 days, and it can be repeated after a minimum of 3 weeks.
Taste and Aroma
When a nettle stings, you really feel it. Nettle tea, on the other hand, has a delicate herbal aroma and a slightly grassy taste without any bitter or astringent notes. You can also flavour the yellow to brownish tea by adding fruit juice.
Warning
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to nettle leaves. Herbal tea supporting the excretory function of the kidneys. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
