This herbal tea made from sage supports the body's natural defences, normal function of the respiratory system, and healthy digestion. In addition, it contributes to hormonal balance and provides comfort for women before and during menstruation as well as during menopause. Preparation and Dosage

Pour boiling water (250ml) over 1 tea bag and infuse in a covered container for 10–15 minutes. The tea should always be prepared fresh.

Adults:
2 cups a day

Do not exceed the stated dosage. The recommended duration of use is 3 weeks; the course can be repeated after 2 weeks.

Taste and Aroma

Sage is a distinctly aromatic herb, also used in the kitchen as a spice. The aroma of sage tea is spicy and slightly bitter, just like its taste. The infusion has a beautiful golden-green colour.

Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. May cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Do not use for long periods. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to sage. Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C, protected from light and foreign odours. Keep out of reach of children.
