A beneficial blend of St. John's wort, comfrey, chamomile and nettle contributes to feeling good before and during menstruation. Thanks to the herbs contained in the tea, it supports digestion and proper function of the intestinal tract and also improves the quality of sleep. During the menopause, it has a beneficial effect on hormonal imbalances and relieves flushing.
Ingredients
Contryhel nasturtium, deaf-hornwort navel, Chamomile flower, raspberry leaf, nettle extract, pouch of nasturtium, good oregano, goosefoot marigold, hop cones.
Preparation
Cover one level tablespoon with ¼ litre of boiling water, leave in a covered container for fifteen minutes and strain. Always prepare the infusion fresh.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C.
Recommended dosage
Drink 1-2 times a day. Pregnant women are recommended to drink tea from II. trimester and do not take long-term.
